Matthew Dank- Founder

Matt’s passion & experience in environmental law, non-profit management, mediation, and advising small & medium sized businesses has provided him the opportunity to help both people and the planet. Matt served as general counsel for the influential Land Conservancy of New Jersey for three and a half years. While head counsel he oversaw the organization's acquisitions as well as consulting and advising municipalities and individuals on the proper course of action in regards to land preservation. He has experience in New Jersey Land Use and Real Estate Law. Prior to this position Matt clerked for the presiding ciminal judge in Bergen County, the Hon. William C. Meehan.

Matt loves to travel and has been to every continent except Antarctica. These journeys have showed him the importance of nature and the need for us to protect it from development and pollution. Matt is also a certified mediator, with 8 years experience, and is a member of the American and New Jersey bar associations, as well as the Federal District Court of NJ.
